Yes! Once you decide to go forward with your booking we will send you over a copy of our extensive flavour list for you to choose from. We will confirm ice cream flavour choices with you upon final payment 4 weeks before the event.

It will nearly always be myself (Vikki) that attends your event, however in the event that I am unavailable you will be told beforehand and I will arrange someone suitable for your special day. For larger events (120+) we will have two servers to minimise waiting times.

If the sun chooses not to come out for your event then we can easily come indoors. Of course it is always best to check with your venue beforehand they don't mind and that they have access and entrances which are 90cm wide (minimum)

Simple answer - no! The freezer is fully chilled before we set off and keeps the ice cream at the perfect temperature for 4-5 hours. This is why our packages are based on 2 hours, allowing us travel and set up time. If you wish for us to stay longer then we may require plug access- but this can be easily arranged with your venue.
